Botanic Press Floral Studio: Wedding Bouquet Preservation in New Zealand

In Wānaka, Botanic Press Floral Studio helps couples across New Zealand hold on to the magic of their wedding day. Specialising in bouquet preservation, this boutique business transforms fresh flowers into timeless pressed-floral artworks – keepsakes you can hold close and enjoy for years to come.

Founded by Emma Hasler, Designer and Director, Botanic Press grew from her deep love of flowers and design. Each piece is crafted with care by a small, dedicated team who understand the sentiment behind every bouquet. Their aim is simple: to create something personal, enduring, and beautiful – a frame that captures a moment in time and keeps it alive.

Couples can reserve their preservation date online, then either drop off their bouquet in Wānaka or send it from anywhere in New Zealand. Step-by-step instructions ensure flowers arrive in the best possible condition, ready to be pressed and transformed. Once preserved, the team works closely with each couple to finalise the frame design, usually eight to twelve weeks after the wedding.

Every frame is thoughtfully made in Wānaka using locally sourced materials and premium non-reflective, UV-protected glass. Couples can choose between a double-glass or fine-art-paper background, each designed to let the flowers shine in a clean, modern style. For bouquets that have already dried, the studio offers an alternative framing option, ensuring every floral memory can be beautifully preserved.

Finished frames can be sent anywhere in New Zealand or overseas, allowing couples to enjoy their flowers wherever life takes them

With limited spaces available, early booking is recommended to secure a date.

Combining careful design, expert craftsmanship, and genuine attention to detail, Botanic Press Floral Studio offers a meaningful way to preserve your wedding bouquet – keeping your flowers, and your memories, beautifully framed for years to come.
