The Remarkables Ski Area in Queenstown is officially opening this Saturday, 14th June, kicking off what will be its 40th winter season on the slopes. With a solid early season push from the snowmaking crew, and a little help from Mother Nature – it’s all systems go.
Opening Day terrain includes Curvey Basin, Alta, the learner conveyors, and even a cheeky rail setup in the learners’ zone to get your park legs going.
Expect celebrations, first chair energy, plus the excitement of the first day on the mountain. After looking at the webcams and the coverage looks good. The 2025 Ski season is underway.
